Description of Ownership:

The event organising entity, hereinafter referred to as the “Event Organiser,” owns and operates “The Startup Events,” a series of monthly events that bring together startup founders, investors, and a diverse mix of participants, including startups, scaleups, late-stage tech businesses, academia, and representatives from the public sector. These events are organised to foster collaboration, networking, and knowledge-sharing within the London startup ecosystem. Importantly, attendance to The Startup Events is completely free.

Commencement of Ownership:

Ownership and operation of The Startup Events commenced on 10/05/2023

Rights and Responsibilities:

The Event Organiser holds the exclusive rights to plan, execute, and manage The Startup Events. Responsibilities include event logistics, content curation, and overall coordination to ensure the success of each event. The Event Organiser has the right to record all aspects of the events, including pitches, and may post them on social media platforms for promotional purposes.

Branding and Intellectual Property:

The Event Organiser retains ownership of the branding, logo, intellectual property, and any related materials associated with The Startup Events. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited without written consent from the Event Organiser.

Collaboration and Partnership:

The Event Organiser may engage in collaborations and partnerships for the enhancement of The Startup Events. Any collaborative efforts shall be documented, and terms agreed upon by all relevant parties.

Financial Matters:

The Event Organiser is responsible for financial aspects related to The Startup Events, including but not limited to budgeting, sponsorships, and revenue generation. Financial records shall be maintained transparently.

Amendments and Changes:

Any amendments or changes to the ownership structure or operational aspects of The Startup Events must be agreed upon by all relevant parties in writing.

Governing Law:

This Document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
